He’s very user-friendly. There isn’t anything we ask him to do that he doesn’t get to right away. He’s very proactive, and he’s easy to work with. He never asks you to do things that you don’t need to do, but he never leaves you uncovered if there’s something you need. We trust him.
His proactive nature sets Dave apart from other insurance salespeople I’ve met. He doesn’t intrude, but he doesn’t leave you without knowledge. When he’s called in to help or to serve, he makes genuine recommendations without making a hard sell at any time. You feel like he’s on your team.
In the past, we only saw our agent when we were renegotiating the sales packet.
Dave is very good at explaining our coverage and options. He’s taken the time to help us genuinely understand what we have and what we don’t have. Recently, we went through a whole review and changed a few things, because he pointed out that we clearly had vulnerabilities. If anyone can help you understand insurance, he can.
He’s been good at helping us manage our risks. That has been the biggest help, because that wasn’t being managed well before. He was very good at helping us think through the implications of some issues we were facing with our camp and conference center. He helped us a lot in that regard.
He’s very dependable. If he says he’s going to do something, he does it.
