We are an independent Christian college that has nearly doubled in enrollment since I started in December 2004. During my time here, we have needed to insure a new residence hall, increase our directors and officers’ insurance coverage, and review our employee handbook.
Dave is personable, responsive, dependable, and he has a good sense of humor. He’s well informed, and he really knows his products. He has always been willing to come over and meet with us face-to-face or be available on the phone.
When we need additional assistance with a particular issue, he can always direct us to someone within Brotherhood Mutual who can help us. I’d rather not need additional insurance, but he’s good at letting us know what we need, and that’s good.
In the past year, Dave has reached out with support to Southwestern College, playing in our golf tournament and providing giveaways for more than 100 golfers. It’s nice to see that level of appreciation for us as a client.
